News Flash!!! It's a software conflict due to an infected program on your computer affecting the system memory. Let's just fix it! We'll skip How-to-registry hack. Go to the Run Line type msconfig.

First Step is to Hold down the Windows Logo Key and tap the X-key select Run. Type msconfig and press enter. Then, press the Tab key once under the boot tab select safe boot placing a check mark in the box. In the options section select the network radial, apply. Restart the PC.

Go to run line type msconfig this time go to the startup tab navigate to the bottom check the box to hide all Microsoft Services. Notice the quantity of programs you have in startup it's a lot. So K.I.S.S select to disable all of these programs at startup (recommended). Go back under the boot tab uncheck the safe boot option, apply and restart.
