Hold down the Windows Logo Key and tap the X-key select Search. Type
catalyst highlight "catalyst Control Center" in search results, press enter. Next, press the Preferences button once it's in the upper-right hand corner of the Catalyst CC Window shown here.
Highlight from the pop-up menu the Windows Scheme option, left click once, scroll to the bottom of the Catalyst CC Window, apply/save and click on the x in upper-right hand corner. Restart the PC.
Repeat step 3 open to the Catalyst CC now select restore factory settings under preferences. Next select standard view (recommended) or advanced view, scroll to the bottom of the Catalyst CC Window, apply/save and click on the x in upper-right hand corner. Restart the PC.
