Hold down the Windows Logo Key and tap the X-key 
select Task Manager > Go to bottom of the Task Manager Window select more details > Under Processes Tab hover over Flash 32 bit.exe with your mouse pointer, right-click. Then, select from the drop down menu by left-clicking on create a Dump file as shown in the above figure.
Delete your TEMP files left-click on

"Your Computer's OS Root Drive" double-click, Go to 
Next, double-click on your user name "Windows Login" > Go to AppData and double-click > Go to Local and double-click. Open the Temp folder Hold down ctrl + tap the "A" key to select all and right-click and delete. Wait a awhile because you will have a lot, skip on any file it can't delete. Your done rejoice!
Last Step, Change the Priority under Details from the drop-down menu as shown above. Then select the option "Realtime", left click once.
